Please note that we do not proactively monitor, review, or analyze the files uploaded to our servers by our users.
We take copyright violations very seriously and are committed to vigorously protecting the rights of legal copyright owners. II. Complaint Notice Procedures for Copyright Owners
To file a formal copyright infringement claim, your notice must include all of the following elements:

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

- Information reasonably sufficient to permit APKQube.com to contact the complaining party, such as a physical address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.

III. Notice and Takedown Procedure
We expect all users of APKQube.com to comply with applicable copyright laws. However, if APKQube.com receives proper notification of claimed copyright infringement, we will respond expeditiously by removing, or disabling access to, the material claimed to be infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity). This action will be taken provided all such claims have been investigated and determined to be valid by APKQube.com in our sole and absolute discretion. APKQube.com will also comply with the appropriate provisions of the DMCA in the event a valid counter-notification is received.
IV. Repeat Infringers
Under appropriate circumstances, APKQube.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the accounts or authorization of users who are identified as repeat infringers.
V. Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures
It is the policy of APKQube.com to accommodate and not interfere with standard technical measures that we determine are reasonable under the circumstances—specifically, standard technical measures that are actively used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works.
